YOGURT & MILK
Original yogurt. This cream topped yogurt is our favorite standby. It is wonderful all on its own by the spoonful, added to fruit and granola for breakfast, or used in cooking.
Original yogurt with organic Maine blueberries. This fruit on the bottom yogurt is made a lovely light purple color by the anti-oxidant rich blueberries.
Greek yogurt. This is our original yogurt strained through cheese cloth to produce a 'greek' style yogurt with a thick texture & rich flavor.
Greek yogurt with Maine maple syrup. Our original strained yogurt with a touch of sweetness.
Jersey milk. Non pasteurized, whole, fresh milk.
The probiotic cultures in our yogurt include the following strains: Streptococcus thermophilus; Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus; Lactobacillus acidophilus; Bifidobacterium lactis.
